Plumeria, or Frangipani are tropical trees that produce beautiful, delicate and colourful flowers that are perfectly fragrant with tones of the tropics, including coconut, mango, lime and gardenia hues, Each different plumeria will give you a slightly different fragrance, They can be grown outside in the UK when the temperatures are above 15'c and will need at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day to flower. They are in the same family as cacti and succulents and must NOT be overwatered. They will need a very fast draining soil mix, and best if a "gritty mix", which the recipe can be found in our "care of Plumeria's sheet". They will need overwintering correctly and may need additional grow lights for best care. Not a beginners plant. Will be sent bare-rooted with roots protected with coco-peat and some leaves removed. The leaves grow back very quickly given heat and light.
