"Gritty Mix" is a perfect soil replacement for plumeria's and gardenia's, but can also be used nearly on any houseplant long term. It can be a strange soil replacement mix to adjust too, but you will be amazed out how easy is to keep house plants healthy and long living. It is a mixture of equal sized particles of granite, pine bark and diatomaceous earth (kiln-fired clay), to give just the right amount of moisture to the roots and also allow air to permeate and keep the risk of overwatering to a minimum. Most plants are killed by overwatering and this can take that risk away for your prized tropical plants.
